This editable long-term (maternity leave) lesson plan resource includes all the information that I left for my sub when I went on an extended leave. All information and resources are 100% editable so you can use these to create your own sub plans.

This resource does not include lesson plans and materials (though I have included my Anne Frank Unit and editable pacing guides as a bonus in case you are able to use them) but rather all the forms and information you might want to leave for an extended leave.

It also includes the daily, weekly, and monthly pacing guides that I left for my sub. You can simply replace the formatted files with your information and your unit plans.
