Description
These sixth, seventh, and eighth grade editable literary nonfiction reading response rubrics were created to assess students’ reading responses based on specific standards in each rubric to assess students’ abilities to analyze literary devices like: citing text evidence, central idea, objective summaries, text connections and distinctions, vocabulary, text structures, point of view, author’s purpose, comparing mediums, evaluating arguments, and more!

Each rubric comes in two different versions and are all 100% editable in PowerPoint. A PDF version is included as well.
There is a different set of rubrics for each grade level because of the variation in the nonfiction standards in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
